One relatively simple way is to place the photos in an Album and then send the URL of the album to you cousin.

explains how to create and place albums in Memories.

explains some other ways to share

it kind of depends - WHO those photos are tagged to.

If you have some photos that are person tagged to a deceased person - ANYONE can see them simply by going to that deceased person in Family Tree.

BUT if the photos are NOT tagged to any deceased person - than as gasmodels suggest - an ALBUM is a great way to share.

This assumes photos are marked as Public - and not private.

If you mark an item private - you will NOT be able to share it.
