Why won't relative finder open?

I have been trying for months and it just spins saying "calculating relatives" then times out and tells me to use settings to update tree then spins out again "calculating relatives!"

Very frustrating

    @HaleyKoehling

    When you say "relative finder" what are you looking at precisely? Are you trying to use BYU Relative Finder? If so, are you correctly logged into FamilySearch? Is the FamilySearch account you are using linked to your tree?

    I am having the same issue as the person above. I am signed in correctly but cannot access "relative finder" although I have been able to in the past. I keep getting a message that says "It seems to be taking longer than usual to calculate your relatives. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try updating your tree (under More->Settings) or try again later. I have done that and it still will not open up for me. Any ideas? Thanks

    https://www.relativefinder.org/#/main is the site.

    I had no problem - but it did not find any relatives.
