Notes field for ordinances visible from member accounts

I would like to see a notes field that is specifically for ordinances so that when there is a SP ordinance showing without the parents listed, I could add a note as to why that is so. I could say that this person was sealed to grandparents for example, or this person was sealed to these parents and they are incorrect or something like that.

It would be even better if a note was automatically generated whenever a relationship was deleted where ordinances were involved.
