How and from where is the information on the Discovery page taken. Is it possible to correct the information there?

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    For starters ...

The "Details" of individuals/persons, on the "Discovery Pages" from 'Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org], comes DIRECTLY from the record of the individual/person, in the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'.

IF, the individual/person, in the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch', is "Correct"; THEN, there is NOTHING that one can do ...

    Whereas ...

IF, the individual/person, in the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch', is NOT "Correct"; THEN, one can make the necessary "Changes"

    But ...

    That Said ...

Please be, aware; and, advised, that ...

Those "Changes", will not IMMEDIATELY appear, on the "Discovery Pages" from 'Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org].

It will take a couple of Weeks, for the "Changes", to appear on the "Discovery Pages" ...

ie. When, the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'; &, "Discovery Pages" from 'Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org], have "Synchronised" next.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett
