Data Transcription Error on https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:HVHP-NT6Z
If this post is in the wrong category, please direct it to the correct category, or advise me and I will redirect it. Thank you.
I believe the following data items on this record have been incorrectly transcribed:
Death or Burial Place (Original), Kansas, United States
Death or Burial Place, Kansas, United States
I believe the source document for this record is https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89JQ-79QW-Y which contains no mention of Kansas. This source is from microfilm # 007600524, Image 1119. This record reports the death place as Vancouver, Clark, Washington, USA, and the burial place as "Ridgefield Cem". I saw no other data transcription errors on this record.
There is a Ridgefield Cemetery in Vancouver, Washington, which is the death place reported on the Death Record. This cemetery is in the same town of Ridgefield, Washington (very close to Vancouver, Washington) which matches the address of the wife / informant recorded on the death certificate.
There is a Ridgefield Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas, but the death certificate contains no mention of Kansas.
CONCLUSION: The transcribed data of Kansas, United States is incorrect and should be changed.
I suggest it be replaced with the text on the document, "Ridgefield Cem".
Please advise if / when this is done, or what I should do to get this done.
Thank you.

Please review the personal message that was sent to you about this concern. We were able to verify that the index is incorrect for your ancestor's record, and this is not the type of issue that is currently being fixed by our engineers.
You can work around the issue and still present correct information in Family Tree by creating your own source and using the URL for the record in that process as described in the following knowledge article.
As you create a new title, and add notes about why you are adding this source, you will be able to include the correct information from the actual document in both the title and your notes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for your desire to show accurate information in Family Tree.
