Post the correct time zone on the "Contact Us" page.
The new "Contact Us" page says that the support hours "Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm; Sunday 1-6pm" are for Time Zone "GMT-7". Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) zone is currently GMT-7. Utah and the rest of Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) is currently in GMT-6. We won't be in GMT-7 until we move our clocks back for Mountain Standard Time (MST). I think it is a good idea to list the name of the time zone (Mountain Daylight Time) in addition to the comparison to GMT. Also be sure to change it on November 6 to "Mountain Standard Time, GMT-7".

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
NOT necessary ...
It is a big ask, to have to keep up-dating 'Time Zones', for 'Daylight Savings' ...
You have ONLY referenced, 'Time Zones', for just ONE Part, of the WHOLE World ...
What about, the MANY "Other", various 'Time Zones", in the REST, of the WHOLE World ...
eg. My "Time Zone", varies between, +10; &, +11, Hours UTC, depending on whether or not 'Daylight Savings' applies
Remember:
'FamilySearch', is used is used by, MANY; Many; many, People, from MANY of the various, Countries; and, Unions, throughout the WHOLE World.
As such ...
Instead, of having to, "Continually", Update/Change, the likes of "Contact Us", for 'Daylight Savings' ...
'FamilySearch', just NEEDS to indicate, the DIFFERENCE (eg. ± Hours); when, 'Daylight Savings', is applicable.
That way, there is NO need, to "Continually", Update/Change ...
Just my thoughts.
I know, that this certainly may/does not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective.
Brett
ps: Of course, that is, if one's "Region", even has, "Telephone"; and/or, "Live ('On-Line') Chat" ...
pps: It appears, that for my "Region"; and, in particular, for my Part of the World, there is NO LONGER, the ability for, "Telephone"; and/or, "Live ('On-Line') Chat" ... that is just SAD ... as if things could get any worse ...
As such, consider oneself luck, if one's "Region", of the World, STILL has, "Telephone"; and/or, "Live ('On-Line') Chat"

Brett,
I'm not trying to save the world - just the "Contact Us" page. 😁 The "Contact Us" page tells us the FamilySearch Support hours of operation, which are based on Mountain Time zone. I may have failed to mention that I'm just referring to the "United States and Canada" page, which does serve multiple time zones. They listed the hours of operation as being in "Time Zone: GMT-7". The problem I'm pointing out is that the hours listed were meant to refer to MDT for now. The Mountain time zone is currently in Mountain Daylight Time (MDT), which corresponds to "GMT-6". It will change to "GMT-7" on November 6 to account for the change to Mountain Standard Time (MST). Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) is currently in "GMT-7". So if people do the math, they will think that the Support phones don't open until 10 am MDT, and will miss the first hour of service. I think the engineers mistakenly thought that the Mountain Time zones (MDT & MST) always correspond to "GMT-7", which is not the case.

NOT that I have bothered, with the "Contact Us", for a "Very" LONG time ...
As far; as, I can recall, the "Times", related to individual localities; and, related to their specific 'Time Zone'.
{ ie. Even those in "North America" ... ]
And, NOT just relative, to "Mountain Time" ...
Unless, of course, things MAY had been "Changed" ...
And, unfortunately, NOT for the better ...
IF, that is the case; and, those "Times" are "Wrong:; THEN, 'Yes', that "Contact Us", needs CORRECTION ...
