Anna Northern id#g886-p9q a birth record lists name as Sarah a Northern, and another birth record lists name as Anna. Same birth date as 5 July 1911. I never found another Sara A source. Anna has several sources. Possible twins? Thank you for checking into this.

    I think this is more likely an amended certificate for a change of name.

    Viewing the index on Ancestry, I note that there are 2 different certificate numbers - 47165 for Sarah A, dated 1911, and 92946 for Anna, with a date of 1968.
