Why is the source box so broken?

The contact info from John Empoliti is broken. So, this is just not expedient. All I want to state is "why is the source box so broken? It has always been a resource for me, but now so many changes have been made to it that it is just not user friendly. I have nine sources in the source box that I want to move to one person, and previously it was possible to move all nine sources at one time to a person. Now each source must be moved individually. Time consuming."

[ The link works, just fine ... ]
There was a very recent problem/issue, with accessing the FULL "Knowledge Articles", the other day ...
But, that has been addressed/fixed ...

As to, the "Source Box" ...
I am, an avid (and, daily) user, of the "Source Box" ...
My "Source Box", contains, thousands, upon thousands, of "Sources" ...
The "Source Box" is NOT broken, in fact, it is working better than ever, with the recent enhancements ...
And ...
You may be correct; but, I can not ever recall; being, able to attach a Number of "Sources", in one's "Source Box", ALL at the SAME time/once; but, [and, I may be wrong; and, stand corrected, if I am] as far as, I can recall, we have always been required to attach each "Source" individually; which, only takes a few seconds.
I often, attach x4 to x6 "Sources", from my "Source Box", to an individual/person; or, "Couple" Relationship, one after the other; and, each is done within "Seconds".
I DO NOT understand, why you consider, that such is 'Time Consuming' ...
Just my thoughts.

@GloriaHorrellKendallUdy, I don't recall ever being able to attach more than one source at a time, by any method. The closest we've ever been able to get is to use the "Add Source - Attach From Source Box" option on a profile's Sources tab; using that, you can sequentially attach every source in your box that applies to that person. (I believe it takes two clicks per citation?) This function is still there, so I don't understand what exactly the complaint is about.
In my opinion, the Source Box concept has always been one of FamilySearch Family Tree's greatest strengths, and the recent changes were all improvements.
(There are still a few weaknesses in the sourcing system on FS, most notably the lack of proper tagging for all conclusions, but that has little or nothing to do with the Source Box.)
