Further 1900 census problems
- Less likely, but might still be occurring: you search the census for a person and find the name in the search results. When you click to look at the record details page, the entry for a different person comes up (usually the head of household) and the household list is either missing or erroneous.
Here's an egregious example of that happening. I still come across these quite often, even though they were supposed to have been fixed four weeks ago.
Fredelas from reddit Thanks for the report. I'll get it to engineers.0
Father and son with same name combined into single entry (and unable to attach) on 1900 Census:0
@SteveLinke Thank you for your reports. Engineers are aware of the issues going on with the 1900 US Census and are working on solutions. You do not need to report additional examples. While we wait for a solution, you might want to click to view the record images and use them as your sources--thereby bypassing the flawed indexes0
