My name is Joaquin. A member from Spain. I want to contact with several archives in Netherlands. Is there a list of all the province and local archives in the Netherlands with email addresses? That would be very helpful.

This page on the FamilySearch Wiki (https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Netherlands_Websites#National.2C_Provincial_and_Regional_Websites) has a list of web addresses for the various provincial, regional and municipal archives in the Netherlands. The websites should have contact information including email addresses.

You can also visit the FamilySearch Wiki page from the Netherlands. You will find lots of links to archieves.

You could also use www.wiewaswie.nl or www.openarch.nl to search for your ancestors. If you found a record, it will give you a link to the archive the original record is located and will make it easier to connect to them.

I second the recommendation to check www.openarch.nl; it is huge and indexed. FamilySearch has many of the same record images but as yet no indexing for most of them.
