Portrait Pedigree No Longer Prints out the pictures
For the last couple of weeks, the Portrait Pedigree feature no longer prints out the pictures. It is a very nice feature and I am hoping you can get this back up and running again soon.

I have colorized my family photos and used portrait pedigree extensively to familiarize my family members with all their ancestors seeing their relationship in pictures. I am in hopes that this program will again be restored.

A visitor of our center has the same problem. Until a couple of weeks ago the printing of his portrait pedigree went fine on his home computer, but - according to him since the change to the new details page - now it doesn't work anymore. The pictures are blurry and where there is no picture he only sees a round without the pink and blue heads in them. This only occurs on his home computer, in the center and on my home computer it printed just fine. What can I advise him? He is very disappointed about this.

@Bärbel Weening-Haspel Has the visitor done all of the troubleshooting steps, such as clearing cache cookies, updating browsers, make sure he is running the supported systems? If it works elsewhere, it sounds like it is on his end.
Which internet browsers are compatible?
How do I delete all of the cookies and temporary files stored by my internet browser?
Additionally, he may want to check in the group in the community specifically for sharing feedback about the various Tree Pedigree Views
