Family Search Books Digital Library full PDF Book download feature is not working correctly.
Family Search Books Digital Library download feature still does not allow the entire book to be downloaded in PDF file format.
I am unable to select Download "full PDF" and File Format "PDF", therefore unable to download the entire book.
It appears that the Download "full PDF" and File Format "PDF" buttons are not programmed correctly.
Is there a timetable as to when this feature will work correctly?

@Dan Williams_10, I was able to download a book in PDF file format and using the "full PDF" option. So it's possible that the problem only occurs selectively. It's also possible that the access level may be limiting what you're trying to do.
If you could share a link to the book in question, I'd be happy to take a closer look.

I think I see the problem now. Some books do not give the option to download such as the one below. I will have to look for others that do give the option to download but don't download.

This book gives the option to download full PDF but when full PDF is selected the file format defaults to JPG.

I am not connected with FamilySearch.
I had a look at the digital file for "Early Records of Georgia" and what I saw was different to the screen shot above, although I didn't actually try to download.
However the Digital Library Search was much slower than usual. Perhaps there is some maintenance or change going on which is giving strange results, when it may have been better to take the Digital Library offline while the maintenance was being carried out.
I would try again later and see if things have improved. Perhaps also try a different browser and see if this makes a difference.

I was able to download the whole book in PDF. If things are not working, there may be a computer problem (cookies need to be cleared, etc.). I recommend clearing FamilySearch Cookies and trying again.

My computer is set up to automatically delete cookies every day.

@Dan Williams_10 Since several of us are able to download the full PDF without problems, it does appear that this is an issue with your computer. You indicated that you delete cookies every day, so here are a handful of other "maybes":
- Are you using a supported and updated browser?
- Are you using an up-to-date operating system?
- Did you remember to sign in to FamilySearch before searching for the book?
If you continue to experience the problem, it might be wise to contact Support directly so someone can go with you step-by-step and try to pinpoint the problem. To do that, go to the Contact Us page and click the part of the world where you live. Some have direct ways to phone in. Others have an option to schedule a call to get direct help.
