What about "and wife" on Indexed land records?

I have grantee and grantor entries where husbands names are called out and the wife is included as "and wife". Do I index her as Mrs. Horace Smith, or leave her out of indexed record?

You do not create a record when it says "and Wife".

    (P. S. You don't know if she is Mrs. Horace Smith, as she may not have taken her husband's surname. That is also why we usually don't assume surnames from others mentioned in a record.)
