I would ask for your help to find the ordinances for my husband who was a member of the church? His endowment was done in Salt Lake Temple, March 10, 1965? He passed away 18 November 2019.

This is his wife asking who was with Oliver for all 5 of the ordinances.

I am asking this from the Family History library in Vernal, Utah and Scott Mitchell is helping me.

Please contact me for the results of your investigation at: PERSONAL INFO REMOVED

NOTE: we call FamilySearch and talked to one of the missionaries who gave us these instructions. He said to tell you that:

I have a FamilySearch account, but it has not been verified and he explained this is the reason why I am locked out and cannot get into FamilySearch. I created the account probably in 2018. I doubt that I can find the confirmation email that I am supposed to respond to -- is there no other way? I hope that this is. Here is what I can provide you.

Normally when you call FamilySearch, a missionary should be able to help you sign into your FamilySearch account. We would need a Username, or the email or phone number attached to your account. Then we can initiate the process in getting the ordinance information for your deceased husband.

    Hello @scott.mitchell

The Church Membership Department have not been notified of Oliver's death information.

Once the Membership Department have updated their records, another record for Oliver will show in FamilySearch which will display the ordinances Oliver already completed.

The easiest way to notify Membership of Oliver's death would be for his family to notify their Ward Clerk.

Alternatively, one of the support personnel who monitor this forum could initiate the process but they would need proof of Oliver's death. Proof of death such as a death certificate, a funeral program, an obituary, a photo of the grave, and entry in an online cemetery or death index etc. I see that there is no proof of death attached to Oliver's record as yet.

I have sent you a personal message. Check the envelope top right of your screen.

    kind regards
