How to distinguish between a Given Name and a Surname

This is a time consuming problem for reviewers. It may be helpful if an Info bar is placed at the beginning of a batch that explains this.

I have been indexing for about 3 years now and this is a recurring problem. It may be helpful if a brief explanation is presented at the beginning of each batch before going to the data page, i.e. Given Names are usually such as Robert, William, Paul, etc. Surnames are usually such as Miller, Smith, Jones, etc.

Another option would be to add another function statement to the 3 dots at the top right of the data fields column that would allow the Reviewer to switch the names in the surname and given name field without having to retype the names to get them in the correct order.

Thank you!

Earl
