Australia, Fremantle—Inward Passenger Lists, 1890–1911 [M3GP-HFB]-How to finish it?
Good afternoon, friends!
This batch is almost done, I need help with some issues, please:
1) What is a departure place: Noumea, New Caledonia? Flemantle, Australia? or BLANK?
2) There are 8 persons called Arabians; how should I index this: as nationaliy? or as their first name/ second name?
3) 22 persons stated as Soldiers: I put this word as their first name, but don't feel it's correct.
Please, have a look and reply to my questions.

Please note the following:
--Departure Place: Take a look at Field help of the entry for Departure Place, the purple circle with he question mark.
In this instructions click on the blue link of Click here for an example: London- Your image correspond to the image example on the field help, and indicates where the departure place name is located and how to index it. Your image has no name of Departure place: Field Help instruction says: If the locality was not recorded or was written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.
--Nationality: would be French for all the people in the list (take a look at the field help for nationality, and what if in the column for nationality)
Note: Arabians though is a nationality it refers to a group people that their names were no given, same as for soldiers is a term but this is not name of people. You would be indexing names and last names of people no terms as arabians or soldiers.
Hope this helps, happy indexing.

I would use the port of embarkation as the departure place. The ship might not have begun her voyage from Noumea, but, those people embarked and departed from there. I would not add New Caledonia as it is not on the image.
