NJ overun with people from Native, Clark, Arkansas

I just want to report that in the 1895 NJ state census, every time a person is a Native (of USA) vs Foreign, it has been indexed as Native, Clark, Arkansas, United States so it makes it very difficult as 100's of people living in NJ were not from Native in Clark county Arkansas - have no idea who can change this - but they told me to post it here.
