The project instructions on this project are somewhat different than for United States—Enlisted and Officer Muster Rolls and Rosters, 1916–1939

The project instructions do not say not to index the person preparing the roll. Does this mean that he should be included?

For the batch I am on, M9N2-3QG, the Monthly Roster header, found at -1, does not include the word Army. It does however give us Company D, 5th infantry which indicates that this is Army. The field help seems to indicate that in this case the field should be marked Not Given.

Am I correct in marking Not Given even though one would assume Army from the other information?
