Hi,

This batch of land records has a letter in front of the book number. Do I include the letter? I wasn't sure, since I could not find any info about that.

Here's the batch code: M3L7-DW2

Thanks in advance!

Hi, thanks for your question. I've had a look through the batch you shared and the project instructions, and I believe you would need to index the letter along with the number. The example in the instructions it is just a 3 digit number, but it does say to index the volume number.

Hope this helps, thanks for your efforts in this great work.
