1900 US Census Philadelphia repeated HoH names instead of household members

I searched Historical Records for K* Herwitz and saw an entry for Katie Horwitz, with her name repeated for each family member. See 1900census-Philly_Horwitz-Katie.jpg below.

I followed the link to the image and found the repeated name changed to Raphael Horwitz in the bottom list. See 1900census-Philly_Horwitz-Raphael.jpg below.

    @auntsue.genealogyfoundry Thank you for reporting this! It is very strange. I paged through several pages of the 1900 Census for Philadelphia and found the index repeating the name and data of the head of household for every member of each household. To make it even odder, I see that I can search for the other people by name and find them, so at some point it was indexed correctly. And, if I pull up the record details page for anyone, everyone in the household appears with that person's name and data. We'll get this over to engineers to see if they can decipher what is going on and get it fixed. Sorry for the mess.

    I have seen this also in the 1910 US census.
