Member unable to access Ancestry

We have contacted @Thomas Seaver so we can help. Sometimes when we are unable to access Ancestry through FamilySearch it is because we have changed emails or have been linked to an incorrect account. I followed the above steps and it still won't work.
I am able to login both to familysearch and ancestry. But when I select the language I land on this page.
Seems like the parternship doesn't exist anymore ?
I figured it out.... you MUST select English US, otherwise it won't work.
