Why can't I get into the actual records so I can search my families? I used to get into the Swedish records to verify a record or search for births, death, marriages etc.I like to go to the source to verify the record that I already have also sometimes. I have found mistakes also. You have just changed it so I can't do anything. None of the new things that you have put in are any help to me. Sincerely Rose E. Anderson Thank You.

@Rose Elvira, I am sorry that you have not gotten a response to you question (or, so it appears). You have asked why you cannot get into the actual (or original) documents - referring to some Swedish records.

Without knowing the specific records in which you are interested , it is difficult to speculate why you might not be able to see the original document images. The availability of all of the historical records that exist on FamilySearch is governed by contractual agreements with the owner or custodian of those documents. Although FamilySearch tries to make the records available as broadly as possible, laws, regulations, or other constraints of the owner or custodian define the extent that FamilySearch can make these records available. These contractual agreements change from time to time, and may result in a document no longer being able to be broadly viewed online, which is sometimes frustrating when we had previously been able to view it without problem.

It is also possible that a problem has arisen in FamilySearch that affects a set of the records that it holds.

If you indicate which Swedish records you have an interest in, perhaps we can provide a more specific answer.

It is very possible that you are aware of all that has been said and are well-versed in the Swedish records that are available in FamilySearch and elsewhere (if so, I apologize to have provided little of additional value). However, it may also be of value to you to know of the Swedish, online records that may be available via FamilySearch or elsewhere. To that end, I provide the following link to Sweden Online Genealogy Records that are shown in the FamilySearch research Wiki. I hope that it may be of help to you. You may find here some records that may not be accessible on FamilySearch, but are available elsewhere.
