Films no longer available for viewing
Why have digitized films been removed from viewing at Family History centers? Example:

This film was available for viewing 2 years ago but not anymore. Why

There are Herefordshire parish registers on FindMyPast. There are a number of records that have been shared between FS and FMP. Some access has changed in recent months, and it is possible that the license/contract has changed.

I note that that film 992636 Items 1 - 7 is still viewable from FHCs and Affiliate Libraries. So it doesn't seem to be a blanket change in the contract for all Herefordshire parish registers.
Film 992635 has 19 Items. FamilySearch must have permission to publish ALL 19 Items. Just 1 item from 19 not being publishable means they have to take the entire film offline.
Item 8 of the film (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/11728?availability=Family%20History%20Library) includes marriage banns from 1953. 75 years is a typical privacy limit for marriages, so these marriages are probably too recent to be published. If that is the case, then unfortunately the other 18 Items that are all from before 1874 have to be taken offline.
Perhaps this was initially overlooked and has been fixed in the last 2 years, or the privacy limit for marriages has been increased.
