New Discovery Person Page is NOT correct

I have an account with Family Search and the information on the family tree and detail pages are correct. However, this new Discovery Person Page is NOT correct, and all of the ways given to fix the errors don't make sense. Who created, wrote and published the Discovery Person Page, and why isn't it linked to the correct information on the Family Search site? No one seems to be able to answer those questions. Why?? Where did this information come from? There are no sources attached or even mentioned.

@SPhillipp when was the profile last edited? Check the Change Log. Discovery pages are updated infrequently. Does that explain the discrepancy between your relative's Discovery page and profile?

FYI
Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
The "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestor.FamilySearch" [ .org ], CANNOT be "Edited".
All that one can do, is to make certain, that ALL the "Details", for particular the individual/person, in the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch', are as CORRECT; as, they can be.
Nothing more, nothing less ...
That is ALL that one can do ...
And, CURRENTLY, the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestor.FamilySearch" [ .org ], will often ONLY display ONE Spouse, even if there were MULTIPLE Spouses.
Plus, the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestor.FamilySearch" [ .org ] DO NOT list/include "Living" individuals/persons.
Now ...
That Said ...
But, 'Yes', you are correct, the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch", about our Ancestors, can be (and, often, are) riddled with errors; and, lets say (to be kind) somewhat 'misleading'.
Please be, aware; and, advised, that ...
Often, what appears to be a perceived mistake, on the "Discovery Page", is just the way that the "Discovery Pages", displays information/detail, about the individual/person, from "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
The "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch", are ONLY, simply, to enable (SOME of) the individuals/persons, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', to be "Found" (ie. located), by ANYONE, doing a search on the INTERNET, for such an individual/person.
The "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch", are NOT any form of definitive "Resource" for Genealogy/Family History research.
The "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch", are simply to bring OTHERS, not aware of; or, already associated with, "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', TO discover 'FamilySearch'; and, especially, to enable them, to participate in, "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', if they so desire - nothing more, nothing less.
As such ...
Personally, I would not be too concerned, with the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestor.FamilySearch" [ .org ].
The "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestor.FamilySearch" [ .org ], are just, a means, to an end ...
Mind you ...
The CURRENT "Format", of the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestor.FamilySearch" [ .org ], NEEDS, some SERIOUS work ...
Please note ...
That a "Change", to an individual/person, in the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch', will NOT appear IMMEDIATELY, in the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org], of 'FamilySearch'; and, will NOT do so, for a couple of Weeks.
The "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'; and, the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org], of 'FamilySearch', are Two (x2) separate and distinct programmes.
The "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch' maintains the "Data".
Whereas, the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org], of 'FamilySearch', 'Pulls' from, the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'.
Every couple of Weeks, BOTH, the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'; and, the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org], of 'FamilySearch', are 'Synchronise" together; so that, the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestors.FamilySearch" [.org], of 'FamilySearch', can be "Updated", with any "Changes" made.
And ...

New Ancestor Discovery Pages Provide a Rich, Engaging Family History Experience
Good Luck.
I hope, that this/these may help/assist, somewhat; and, I hope, that this provides some additional, insight; and, perspective.

ps: Personally, in their CURRENT "Format", I wish, that the "Discovery Pages", in "Ancestor.FamilySearch" [ .org ], DID NOT exist; as, they have caused MUCH, concern; upset; angst; contempt; and, derision ...

Discovery pages are created by an automated process from the information entered on the profile's Details page. If they do not match, there are basically two possible reasons: time, or a "behind-the-scenes" error on the profile.
As others have noted, Discovery pages are only infrequently updated. Corrections you made weeks ago may not yet have shown up on the corresponding Discovery page.
Sometimes, the Details page looks correct, but isn't, because the wrong standard has been associated with a date or place. Because the Discovery page doesn't make use of this powerful little feature of Family Tree, it can point out when such a behind-the-scenes error has crept in. (It's the only useful purpose I can see for Discovery pages, and even here, it's a less-than-ideal tool, because it points out the problem in a thoroughly confusing way.)
A fuller explanation requires going into a bit more detail. In FamilySearch's Family Tree, all dates and places can have two values: the display value (what is shown on the profile) and the standard value (a label for a database entry). These often match, but they don't have to: the display value can be more detailed than the standard (for example "123 Main St, Anytown, State, United States" versus "Anytown, State, United States"), or it can be simplified from the standard (for example "Anytown, State" versus "Anytown, State, United States"). The profile's Details page displays the display value. The Discovery page doesn't: it always displays the standard value. Thus, the Discovery page can point out situations where the display value looks correct, but the wrong database entry has been associated with it. You can also see such errors on the profile's Time Line tab, but many people have never even looked at that.
