    Linda

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

I am, just thinking out aloud, here ...

BEFORE, taking action to "Remove" the Woman, from your Uncle ...

Despite, the fact, that they DID NOT "Marry" ...

Question: Did they have any "Relationship"?

[ As, the "Event" of "Marriage", is NOT a requirement, for a "Couple" Relationship ... ]

Or, is the Woman, in NO WAY, associated, with your Uncle?

[ ie. Associated, with your Uncle, in ERROR ... ]

    That is ANOTHER matter ...

    In that case ...

    We all make MISTAKES ...

NONE of us are PERFECT ...

IF, the Woman, is in NO WAY, associated, with your Uncle; THEN, such link/association, CAN be "Removed".

Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

A person in Family Tree has the wrong spouse

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/a-person-in-family-tree-has-the-wrong-spouse

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/a-person-in-family-tree-has-the-wrong-spouse

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.
