It's no wonder that you do not get monthly reports as it is impossible to follow your constant changes and instructions.

I do not like all your changes and upgrades for they are not upgrades to help. I think you should keep things simple like it use to be. If you have to have all these upgrades for users of Family Search you should also have the old simple easy way for those who need it and can use it. I have found a duplication in my line and cannot find a way to merge the two. Plus I can not get a hold of anyone to help me do that.
