1950 census indexing - back button bug

When indexing 1950 census names, if you reach the end of a page or the end of your set of names (say, 20), it is impossible to go back after submitting that last name. This is a bug. With every other name submittal you can always go back to the previous name, but not it the circumstance cited. Why have a "back" button at all if there are situations where it won't be available?
