alteração da minha árvore familiar
por favor alguém do suporte pode me ajudar? um homem entrou na minha arvore e modificou o nome de meu bisavô, eu já anexei foto da certidão de nascimento do meu pai ,da minha avó e ele continua modificando minha arvore . Enviei email pra ele ja expliquei muitas vezes que não se trata da mesma pessoa mas nada funciona
porque eu altero e no dia seguinte ele coloca o nome do tal João com meu bisavô eu confesso que já estou muito chateada com isso. Ele disse pra eu desvincula minha arvore da dele .não fui eu que modifiquei a arvore .alguém me ajuda por favor
