Dates: United States—Enlisted and Officer Muster Rolls and Rosters, 1916–1939 [Part Q]

Does "joined" mean the same as "enlisted"? ... or do I need to ignore "joined" dates?

    Hi MelissaHWeber, joined indicates the date they were attached to that particular unit and is not the enlistment date.
