Matt, when a relative appears (for example an 11th cousin) and I select the person's name, instead of bringing up the pedigree graphic, the following shows up: "No Relationship Found" / "You have no relationship to this person in Family Tree, or your common ancestor is beyond 15 generations." This occurs in every case, no matter how closely I am related to the person. If you can help me resolve this issue I would be most appreciative. Thanks, Bob
