Are these records going to be searchable by book and page number, and/or by dates? Or are they only going to be searchable by grantee/grantor name (or organization/corporation)? There are several instances where the grantee/grantor are duplicated, but the book/page or dates are different.

If the book and page number or dates are different, they should get another entry since that would be different transactions.

We can only search by name and year on FamilySearch, but, the owners of the records may have a different search tool that would include other fields besides names, corporations, and years.
