Change The Location and Color of "Save and Finish" Button While Fixing Place Names

As I participate in the place-name fixing process, I very often will click an option, then click out of it to see what other places the person has lived to compare it to the place I am suggesting. If I don't feel like my suggestion was correct, I almost always click the "Save and Finish" button instead of opening up the place name list to continue looking at options. I believe this is because the button is in the same place and is the same color as the "Select Standard Place" button.

I would suggest keeping the "Select Standard Place" button below the list of standard place suggestions and move the "Save and Finish" button to the bottom in a different color.

Another option would be to add a way to toggle back through previous suggestions to change them if we accidentally submit a place name that we know is wrong. I know I've submitted a few completely incorrect ones.
