Family Search ID assigned to two different persons with same name?
William Jackson, ID MRCV-Z7T appears with two wives. It appears, however that there are actually two different Williams here - the marriages and children's birth dates overlap, and the two families have children born in different locations. There is no father listed for William, so there would be no problem trying to determine which is correct. Can a second ID be assigned to the second individual?
Thanks.

Yes. From the profile of one of the wives, detach MRCV-Z7T William Jackson from her and her children, then make her and her children a new father.
Next, from the profile of MRCV-Z7T William Jackson look through all the attached sources and detach all that do not relate to him.
Finally, on the new profile for the other William Jackson attach the sources hinted.

I think MRCV-Z7T is not the PID you meant to discuss. MRCV-Z7T has a "?" wife and a child without a mother. MRCV-Z7T also has several hints about possible duplicates.
My advice still stands. Your task is to deconflate or "split" a conflated profile presenting details of two or more persons.

My apologies - you are, of course, correct. The proper ID is KH83-4YV.
And thank you for the instructions.

Got it. Now that I see the profiles and change logs, I have some further advice. When a profile is conflated, with 2 or more spouses and those spouses' children, it is helpful to initially ignore the conflated profile, and work on the spouse and children. So, I'll work a bit on Mary Langley, where you can see everything I do in the change log.
One reason you and others have been having trouble is that the profiles lack standardization of event dates and places. Mary Langley's children were born in the York city center, in a neighborhood called The Calls. The Calls are not in the FamilySearch gazetteer, Places. So as an interim solution, make her children's birth places like this:
This applies a shadow standard while you wait for the new, better standard to be created.
