Indexing in this batch there are 3 potential file number listed at the top of the page. Two stamped, one hand written. All three numbers increment within the batch. Which is to be listed as the file number of the record? There is one number that I originally thought was crossed out but it actually a checkmark.

I'd use 715. The other two look like they'd be originals and this one newer. In the examples in the project instructions the handwritten one is never used.
