How do you tell the difference between a chargeout and certificate?

There are no examples in the instruction for chargouts for this record, only certificates.

I've reviewed a lot of these and haven't seen a charge-out yet. All images in your batch match the examples of certificates in the project instructions. I seem to remember in the past that the charge-outs actually say Charge-Out on them.
