Title: Help Reduce Errors: In-The-Moment Helps

Why:
- It is way too easy to make errors in FamilySearch
- Most new users are not highly trained on how to use FamilySearch.
- Most new users learn by doing, which tends to mean they don’t necessarily spend time in formal training before they try doing.

Where:
- There should be In-The-Moment helps anytime a user can change the tree or sources.
- There should be In-The-Moment helps anywhere a New-Be may have a question about what to do.

What:
- In-The-Moment help links should be a FamilySearch wide standard symbol such as a small circled h or i or ?.
- A click on the link provides a popup with:
  - A simple basic explanation of the situation
  - A reason for good/proper choices
  - Basic good examples
  - A link to a quick 1-3 minute video (I recently subscribed to a new online service that has lots of very short How-To videos which I found very useful.)
  - Links to more information if desired
