US, New York, North Country—Index to Land Records, Grantees, 1630–1975

I am indexing this land record and noticed at the end of the Grantor's last name the word "will" is given. Should that word be typed with the book / volume number? For example, Will 1.

    Hi,

    I've looked at some other examples and checked the project instructions and it suggest that this word (which sometimes is "will") should not be indexed.

    The instructions state "Note: When typing the name of the grantor or grantee, do not include descriptive words or terms, such as "and spouse," that may have been written with the name." - I would include "will" as one of these descriptive words or terms.
