With the recent change in passwords, beta does not recognize the new password and will not let you in to use it.

    What recent change in passwords?

    Can't you use the old password to get in, and then change it to whatever you want it to be?

    @Julia Szent-Györgyi

    Julia

    It's 'Brett'.

    Just in passing ...

    I was considering responding in this post the other day; but, unfortunately, was tied-up with other posts.

    I had every intention, of circling back; but, unfortunately, did not get around to it.

    Belatedly ...

    And, I could be wrong; and, I stand corrected, if I am ...

    I know from previous posts/comments, that 'Bruce', like me, is a Member of the Church ...

    As such

    I believe, that 'Bruce', is referring to the recent "Split" of, Our CHURCH Account; &, Our 'FamilySearch' Account

    Whereby ...

    A "Change" in the "Password" of one, NO LONGER corresponds, in a "Change" in the "Password", of the other.

    [ Like it used to ... ]

    Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

    FamilySearch and Church Account Split

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/familysearch-and-church-account-split

    Just my thoughts.

    @Bruce McLeod

    Bruce

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    [ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    Just in passing ...

    I am sorry ...

    Belatedly ...

    Further to my 'Comment', to 'Julia' ...

    IF, you RECENTLY "Changed", the "Password", in your Church Account; THEN, that "Change", NO LONGER corresponds, to a "Change" in the SAME "Password", in your 'FamilySearch' Account.

    In 'FamilySearch' ...

    As far as I am aware; UNLESS, anything has RECENTLY "Changed", that I am NOT aware ...

    Plus, the "Production" (ie. "Live") Environment; and, the "Beta" (ie. "Test") Environment, of 'FamilySearch', ACTUALLY "Share", the SAME User "Credentials" (ie. User Name; and, Password).

    Therefore ...

    [ And, I could be wrong; and, I stand corrected, if I am ... ]

    I would humbly venture to suggest, that ...

    IF, you RECENTLY "Changed", the "Password", in your Church Account; THEN, the "Password", in your 'FamilySearch' Account (for BOTH, the "Production"; and, the "Beta", Environments), in fact, MAY be the OLD (ie. Unchanged "Password"), in 'FamilySearch'.

    Again, I could be wrong; and, I stand corrected, if I am ...

    I ONLY hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.
