Where is the "Attach" link in a "Review and Attach" page?
Recently a popup window showed a possible source for an ancestor with an R&A link in that popup. I opened the R&A link to a page and expanded every "Details" or other links I could find, and there were no "Attach" links.
See a partial image of such a page below.
Am I missing something?

FYI
It's 'Brett'.
Just in passing ...
[ WITHOUT any investigation ... ]
In relation to, that "Image", that you provided ...
There MUST be possible "Duplicate" individuals/persons, for those Family members:
Father, James CRAGER ( G6KD-NP3); and,
Mother, Elvira SEXTON ( KZLN-6JV ); and,
Child, Rebecca CRAGER
And, that the "Source", is ALREADY "Attached", to those "Duplicate" individuals/persons.
The "Triangle, with Exclamation Mark" indicates, that the "Source" is ALREADY "attached" to someone.
You NEED to investigate the situation; and, decide whether, "Merging"/"Combining", is required; or, that "Detaching" the "Source", from the "Duplicate" individuals/persons, is more appropriate (ie. and, reattaching, to the aforementioned).
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

Yes, it does help. And before I go forward, where would I find the tutorials explaining how to use the Review and Attach feature?
Now back to the issue at hand, I did review the data and determined they were a match for a merge but cannot figure out how to merge them as nothing in the FS interface has triggered a merge, and I don't know how to do it otherwise.
Do you know how?

It's 'Brett'.
Furthermore ...
Just in passing ...
I just took a quick 'look' ...
'Yes', as I suspected, there are possible "Duplicates" for all three ...
Being:
Father, James CRAGER ( 24RH-ZRC ); and,
Mother, Louisa Elvira SEXTON ( 24RH-ZBL ); and,
Child, Rebecca J. CRAGER ( L4B6-14G )
IF, these latter individuals/persons, in fact, are possible "Duplicate" individuals/persons, of both, the "James"; and, the "Rebecca", that you recently "Created"; THEN, in a "Merge"/"Combine", PLEASE ensure, that these latter individuals/persons are the "Surviving" individuals/persons. NOT the one's that you recently created.
Whereas ...
As, to, Elvira SEXTON ( KZLN-6JV ); and, Louisa Elvira SEXTON ( 24RH-ZBL ), now that will take a little time. to sort out.

It's 'Brett'.
On the contrary ...
The "System", HAS indicated, a possible "Duplicate", for "James CRAGER" ...
When you 'look' at the possible "Duplicate" ...
Then, you WILL 'see'; where, possible "Duplicates", most probably ALREADY exist, the OTHER two (x2) ...

As has been stated by 'FamilySearch' ...
Merging is a complex process in which you decide if two people are the same person. If they are, you choose which information should be kept. Please take the time necessary to carefully review each possible duplicate.
In other words ...
"Merging"/"Combining", AIN'T easy ... far from it ...
And, of course, it is NOT always, quick; and, easy ...
One has to DO a LOT of "Research" (and, cross-referencing); BEFORE, one attempts a "Merge"/"Combine" ...

Super helpful. And it makes sense. Thank you.
Fortunately, I am well acquainted with this family, having done the research and spoken with family members before they passed.
So the big question is, "how do I initiate a merge when the FS interface does not recognize two persons as the same?"
The only way I know is to manually change enough data in one so both match, such as having the exact dob and or dod. But that requires work, and an interface prompt would be cleaner.

Whoa back ...
DO NOT, even try, to "Merge"/"Combine"; BEFORE, all the "Research" (and, cross-referencing) ...
And ...
It is EASY, to "Merge"/"Combine"; WITHOUT, any indication, of a possible "Duplicate", under "Research Help".
There is, a facility/feature/function, to "Merge"/"Combine", by 'FamilySearch Person Identifiers' (PIDs).
But, that is getting ahead of things ...
Plus ...
I would humbly suggest, that when you "Merge"/"Combine" the two (x2) James CRAGER's; where, 24RH-ZRC is the "Surviving" individual/person; then, the OTHER two (x2) WILL most likely, also, then, appear as possible "Duplicates".
Take your time ...
Small steps ...
DO NOT, get too excited; and, jump in, at the "Deep End" ...

And, just for starters ...
Here are a couple of "Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':
How do I decide if two records in Family Tree are about the same person?
How do I merge possible duplicates in Family Tree?

I understand to be careful before merging.
But I am confused about how merging James would produce duplicates. Doesn't merging combine them all? Isn't that the purpose of merging, of removing the dups? At least the ones we are referring to?
"the OTHER two (x2) WILL most likely, also, then, appear as possible "Duplicates."
Bear with me; there is much I still don't know.

You can also merge by ID which is found in Tools on the right hand side of the Person/Details Page.
