    Hi,

    This gives you a complete list of the keyboard shortcuts.

    I think looking at the list CTRL + D will do what you want ( if using a PC).

    in the tool bar there are 3 down arrows - it is the first arrow.

    For Mac users, use CMD+D.

    If the info is the same for all records (ex: Muster Roll military date), click on the second icon from the trash can.
