Half of image is not legible, how do I report?

Hello, I'm working on the New York, Finger Lakes, Land Records indexing project. The left half of the image was in motion when the image was captured. I can see there is writing on it, but it is not legible to me. I cannot find a way to report this under Image without loosing the right side that is legible, and cannot see to find a way to report under help or feedback.

Is there a way to report?

Please share the Batch Code - the numbers & letters inside the brackets to the right of the Batch Name -

    Hi @Jennifer Strickland

As @maryellenstevensbarnes1 requested, please share the Batch Code. Or, and better still, with the batch open, click on Batch>About Batch, and post the information you see there: The Image Name and Batch ID. This will give the Project Managers everything they need to follow up on this issue. You should see something like this.

Meanwhile, look at the reference images before and after your batch image. Perhaps the photographer retook the picture, and a clear image is available for someone else to index on one of the adjacent reference images. If so, you can index what is legible from your batch and move on, knowing the data will be captured by someone else. If not, I doubt there is anything to be done about it. And you’ll need to index what you can and move on.

But for the best advice, you need to share your batch so that others can look at it
