How do I find the story I wrote about my father, Roy Kegerreis' education? He was born in 1886.

Normally when you create a story, or upload a photo or document - it would be attached to the person you linked it to in the global Family Tree.
However in this case it looks like it never got linked it to his record.
Any stories that you create are part of your Gallery - and you can go directly to your gallery and see any items you have submitted (whether or not they are linked to any family tree record or not)
here is the link to your gallery: which would include stories, photos and pdf files.
https://www.familysearch.org/photos/gallery
also - you can do a KEYWORD search of any public memories item that anyone in the world has submitted (including your own)
this is the link for doing that: note that if you use multiple search terms you should inlcude the AND operator in caps.

It was using this find option that I seem to have found items that you created:
here is one example (again you should also find them in your own private Gallery - 1st link above)
https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/144108924?cid=mem_copy
Now please note that the Memories FIND option is limited to finding things that match keywords in the title or description on the text content.
Your next step would be to link this story to Roy's record in Family Tree
I assume (without knowing for sure) that this is him:
