Bug report – Family Tree/Find not working as expected after the last recent update.

Please forward to the developers, they will understand what I mean.

Is there a way of submitting bug reports to the developers directly?

The search panel of Family Tree/Find used to be on the left of the page and now it is on the right. Since the most recent update the results are incorrect.

FIRST

Since the update of the program the expected search results are not correct.

I often use SQL wildcards (? and *) to focus my search, and they worked perfectly.

For example:

First name: Joannes

Last Name: ku*ka

Place: k?suc*

Mother’s First Names: s*

Mother’s First Names: *nek

The Exact Match is checked for all fields.

While the person’s Last Name and Place match, the First Name and Mother’s Name filter are ignored by the filter.

SECOND

At the top of the screen are PREFERENCES. At the bottom of PREFERENCES is “Export Search Reports”.

The Excel report does NOT reflect the search results, and also the report does not include the FamilySearch IDs seen on the screen.

Thank you

Jaromir
