I am a Director of a Family History Center. I don't know how to use the Premium Sites. Is there a training on how to use the sites?

    @Rebecca Anglesey

    Rebecca

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

[ And, I have been a Staff Member, of Family History Centres", of the Church, for many Years ... ]

    You are not alone ...

Many of us have been there ...

    Just for starters ...

Some of these Articles are a little 'Dated' (some aspects, have changed); but, they are a good starting point ...

    'FamilySearch "Blog"

    Premium Family History Websites

    [ 2016 ]

    .

Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':

Using the Family History Center Portal

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/using-the-family-history-center-services-portal

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/using-the-family-history-center-services-portal

Resources for a new stake family history center consultant

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/helps-for-new-family-history-center-leaders

    And ...

    Of course ...

    The NEW ("Updated")

    Family History Center Operations Guide

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/family-history-center-operations-guide

Do not forget to look at all the "Resources" on the Church Website for a "Family History Centre".

    Oh ...

    And, I almost forgot ...

There is a lot of "Help" in "Helper Resources" ...

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helper/

    Plus ...

Do not forget you "Temple and Family History" Network ...

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helper/planner/workwith

One of your "Area, Temple & Family History, Advisors", CAN; &, SHOULD, also be able to help/assist/train.

    Good Luck.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.
