ID Cards

@JayRestrepo1 It appears that you never got a response after your clarification of what you are seeking. We do not typically find Citizenship cards or drivers licenses on family history websites. You might be able to find death records; if they were naturalized, you can search for naturalization papers if you know where they were living at the time of naturalization. This wiki article gives general information about United States Naturalization and information for finding the papers:

@JayRestrepo1, not sure what kind of identity cards you have in mind. Please let us know. Also, you might want to indicate a place and approximate year. This will impact what my be available.

@Mike357 thank you for your reply.
I am referring to citizen cards or a card that shows proof of identification.
I am from the USA, but my family is from Colombia. There is a Colombian Embassy near me, so would it be possible for me to contact them for archives or copies of ID cards with photos of my great-grandparents in South America? They passed away about 45 years already so i am looking for their most up-to-date ID card from the 1960s to about 1969.
(Ex. Citizen card, Drivers license, etc)
Please let me know if you have any alternate solutions
Thank you,
Jay
