This happens when I am indexing or reviewing records. I was in the middle of indexing and when I went to the next batch it started to show this for every record I attempted to index. I even accidentally put a "No Data Extractable" on one batch, because I thought it was just empty. It wasn't until I looked further that I am unable to view the images. It was fine before. What can I do so that I can view the records again? Has anyone else had this same problem?

I am open to any suggestions. Thank you!

There are a number of possibilities. The project may have been withdrawn. If it is on every type of project then you may be having internet issues. There are a number of housekeeping steps you can do if it is an issue with your computer.

    1. Reset FamilySearch cookies.
    2. Shut browser down then try again.
    3. Shut computer down, wait a minute then turn back on.
    4. Make sure your browser is up to date.
    5. Change browser.
    6. If these do not help let us know!
