How does one change data in"Reason This Information Is Correct" box?

I made a couple of changes and need to update the "reason." I cannot seem to find a way to do this. I don't really want to "restore" and change relationship a second time. Any way to make an update?

Any field that has a "edit" function will allow you to input the reason that the change was made.

You can either replace what is there or add more to it.
