FREE lookup service still available???

it would appear as if the "free lookup service" is no longer available??

This service still appears on the Library web page

I have seen comments in the past that sometimes the link to actually request this service does not work at times when the demand is too great, but this seems to be a temporary thing.

yes - when I had clicked on the request link before - it had generated an error

but now it seems to work.
