I am busy indexing burial records. On the entries, it shows entry 1 to 40 which need to be completed however the image only contains 26 names. How do I proceed to the next image so that I can complete the entries?

Thank you for your question @MichelleLombaard, and for including the project name and sharebatch code.

You will need to delete the extra entries. In the Project Instructions under What to Remember about This Project, bullet point 3 says, "The default number of entries per image for this project is 40. You may need to add or delete entries in the data entry area to index all of the records on a document or remove any unused entries."

On the toolbar, you click on the Delete entries icon (trashcan), and select All blank entries.

You can also find the directions for adding or deleting entries in the Project Instructions under General Indexing Guidelines. Click on the link to Number of Entries per Image for these instructions.
