Email notifications of messages
I have my FamilySearch account options set to receive email notification when someone sends me a message through FamilySearch. However, I am not getting any notifications. I believe that others may be also experiencing this as well, because I don't get as many responses to my messages as I did back when the notifications were working. Thanks.

Yes. The matter has been was previously reported by others. I know that this certainly does not help, but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone.

I agree that the problem that Brett posted above is serious, and I am experiencing that as well. But that is not the symptom that I am reporting, which is that I don't get email notification that someone has sent me a Familysearch message. Not getting notifications seems to be related, because lots of messages could build up if a person doesn't check their messages on FamilySearch regularly, making it potentially impossible to get to them without scrolling, if there were enough messages.

Meanwhile, I am still not getting email notifications that somebody has sent me a message on FamilySearch. It started back up for a while, but doesn't seem to be working again.

I am also experiencing this problem. A message sent as recently as July 25, 2023 did not trigger an email notification to me.
